2. Products & Pure-Vegetarian Standards
Agrawal Signature specializes in the formulation and retail supply of restaurant-quality gravy premixes, pasta sauce premixes, and specialty dhokla premixes.

We make every effort to display accurate product weights, descriptions, nutritional pointers, and photographic imagery. However, natural variances in spice color, texture, and harvest seasons may cause subtle variations in visual presentation without affecting purity or taste.
3. Pricing, Billing & Taxes
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include all applicable statutory taxes (Goods & Services Tax / GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly calculated and displayed before you finalize your order based on cart value and destination. Orders meeting our free shipping threshold qualify for zero delivery fee.
- Payment must be authorized in full before an order is dispatched. We support verified payment options including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our integrated PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (Cashfree / Razorpay).
- We reserve the right to revise catalog prices or withdraw special promotional discount codes at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Doorstep Delivery
Upon placing an order, you will receive an immediate electronic confirmation with a unique Order Number. Order acceptance occurs when we prepare and hand over your shipment to our courier partner.
Delivery Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping information, including the recipient's active mobile telephone number and valid PIN code. We are not liable for delayed, returned, or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
Estimated Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on destination PIN code and local logistics conditions. While we strive to meet all estimates, logistics delays due to extreme weather, festivals, strikes, or regional courier disruptions are beyond our direct control.
5. Cancellations & Returns Summary

- Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order directly from your Account dashboard before the package is picked up by our courier partner or marked dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Perishable Food Safety (No Returns): As consumable food premixes, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges once shipped or delivered.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours with clear photos/unboxing video to receive a free replacement or 100% refund.
6. User Accounts & Security
When you create an account, you agree to safeguard your credentials and take full responsibility for all activities under your login. You agree to immediately notify us if you discover or suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, cancel pending orders, or refuse service to anyone violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

8. Allergen Advisory & Disclaimers
Allergen Caution: Our premixes contain natural spices, herbs, salt, milk solids (in select pasta/white gravy blends), or flour derivatives. While we maintain hygienic manufacturing practices, customers with severe allergies (e.g. dairy, gluten, nuts, or specific seed spices) must review the ingredient list on the product packaging before consumption.
Storage Instructions: Products should be stored in a cool, dry, and hygienic place away from direct sunlight. After opening, store in an airtight container and follow the shelf-life instructions on the pack. We are not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Latur, Maharashtra, India.
